This piece was composed as a way of reflecting on the horrific crisis in Ukraine. Each passing day seems to lead to more and more despair and destruction (It's so sickening to hear about). In all this chaos and BS I felt one way to help would be to offer this recording as a means to engage. In the words of President Zelensky “Help us in any way you can, Anyone, but not silent."
